We will not be able to offer any refunds or credits, as to all sales are final. Please contact us at Tyra.Myles@yahoo.com for additional questions. The reason is that hair extensions are considered a personal item, once it has been removed from the original package it cannot be resold. This policy is in line with health and safety regulations as it is impossible to ensure that the product has not been tampered with.

Exchanges are accepted up to 24hours after purchase. Hair must be in its original state and not tampered with.
